Granpa's Charlee
Thoroughbred Mare
ex-Race Horse
Charlee came out of surgery on April 9, 2009 but she did not recover.
She had lost too much blood.
The Team of Doctors at Texas A & M did all that they could for Charlee.
She was in the best possible care.
Our Tour de Cheval Bike A Thon for Charlee Horse on April 26, 2009
will be a Memorial Ride for Charlee.
We miss her terribly.

Charlee has been in the hospital since October 2008.
She's had 4 surgeries on her rear left leg.
The skin grafts have not been successful.
On March 17, 2009, Charlee arrived at Texas A & M University.
The Doctors there have agreed to try to help her.
Charlee has a bad rear leg. That's it. Other than that, she is a happy, healthy,
active horse with a sound mind and a great heart.
She loves it when we visit the hospital and give her a good rub down and scratch her neck.
Charlee turned 13 while she was in the hospital on February 27, 2009.
Please help us with Charlee's Vet Bills if you can.
We are anxious for her to come home and be back with her herd.
