Equine Reiki  6 pm to 10 pm

• This course is an introduction to Reiki, attainments, and how to work with both yourself and your equine friend. We will be going over Reiki I, II, and Equine Reiki. Supplemental materials are available free of charge. No horse experience needed. All we ask is that you have an open heart to helping them to heal from physical and emotional wounds by providing the healing that Reiki brings.
• We will start with a meditation, and then go into each Reiki One, Two, and then Equine Reiki for about an hour each, ending in a powerful conclusion of unity as we embrace our new gifts.
• Sarah Korte is a Reiki Master with a Masters degree in Social Work and a Vet Tech degree. She stands behind Equine Reiki as she recalls a personal story with her own horse:"I noticed when other people would come around that he would become distant. Through one of Reiki treatments I got a full picture of what was going on with him. In the past he had been rehomed so often that he felt if he were to meet someone new that he would again be moved away and into a new home. We worked through this pain using Reiki sessions. Over time, though the healing power of Reiki, he has moved from a horse full of fear and anxiety to one who enjoys life and bonding with others.We were able to overcome our barriers due to Reiki. I believe this to be a powerful tool of transformation.”

 Tickets are $299 per person. This includes the lecture, working with the horses, a booklet, and a private follow up phone call with Sarah Korte to address any other questions. We will be going over Reiki 1 and 2 as well as Equine Reiki as not everyone will have gone through those classes, and will need to be attuned, by the time the event starts (so, it's really a 3 in one class).
